The Nike Dunk High has a lot to celebrate in 2020, considering this classic basketball model has made a strong comeback. Winter 2020 brought the model's first "women's" exclusive release, the Nike Dunk High Varsity Purple (W). This reissue takes its inspiration from the Japanese exclusive City Attack Dunk High released in 1999. The Nike Dunk High Varsity Purple is practically an OG version in terms of coloring: it features a mix of shiny white leather and varsity purple for the upper, maintaining two shades similar to the versions in Spartan Green and Maize. What makes this version unique is its transparent purple sole and the golden embroidered logo on the side of the tongue. The women's Nike Dunk High Varsity Purple released in December 2020 with a retail price of $120.
