Virgil Abloh pays homage to skate culture's embrace of '80s Nike Basketball sneakers with the Nike Dunk Low Off-White University Gold. When Nike introduced the Dunk as the centerpiece of its NBA College Color program in 1985, seven different colleges were represented in the first colorways offered, with Michigan one of the first.
This Dunk Low is made up of a university gold leather upper with navy blue overlays. A unique secondary lacing system, zip-ties and Off-White signature text on the sides complete the design. These sneakers were released in December 2019 at a price of €170.
