Authenticity
Every item comes inspected by multiple team members using the most appropriate and relevant methods and techniques for that particular product, in order to determine authenticity. Only items considered 100% authentic new are shipped to buyers.
Otherwise Plug Sneakrs reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the customer, or to submit for reprocessing order so that the customer can take possession of the desired product - without any additional costs.
AUTHENTICATION STEP
- Check the condition of the box / external packaging. The type of material/prints used are taken into consideration in order to verify their authenticity and condition suitable for sale. Verification of the parent company labels, from the fonts to the transparencies of the internal documents.
- Check the appropriate extra accessories (if provided by the manufacturer), in their completeness and original packaging. Even with regards to accessories, the materials used are compared in order to guarantee their authenticity.
- Verification of the materials used to make the product, type of leather / plastic / mesh / suede and all the logos present on the product. For this phase, various calculation tools are used in order to recognize the invoice and its origin.
- Verification of the stitching in their entirety, up to the verification and inspection of the soles and midsoles.
- Check the correctness of the sizes reported in centimeters and the general general shapes of the product.
